Every order is delivered by email. What you buy here is a software license key: it arrives at the address you use at checkout, free of charge, with no tracking number to wait for.
How delivery works
- You complete payment. The order is confirmed on screen and by email.
- Your key arrives by email at the address you used at checkout. It contains your product key and a step-by-step activation guide.
- You install and activate. If the software is already installed on your computer, you only need the key.
How long it takes
Usually within minutes of payment.
A small number of orders are held for a manual anti-fraud check before the key is released. If yours is one of them, you get an email telling you so at the moment it happens. We clear those checks as quickly as we can.
What it costs
Nothing. Email delivery is free on every order, and there are no handling fees added at checkout. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.
Where we deliver
Our store sells through a United States market. Because delivery is by email, no delivery address is needed. What matters is where the license activates: each product page states the region its key works in, so check that before you buy.
If the email has not arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first — license keys trip spam filters more often than ordinary mail. Then check you are looking at the address you actually used at checkout. Still nothing? Write to us at support@mygenuo.com with your order number and we resend it.
If you typed the wrong email address at checkout, tell us the same way. Once we have confirmed the order is yours, we send the key to the right address.
Keep the email
Your delivery email is your proof of purchase and holds your key. Keep it: you may need the key again if you reinstall, and we will ask for your order number whenever you contact us.
